Commissions for commercial use are subject to additional fees.
Estimated turn around time: 2-8 weeks. It may take longer depending on real-life circumstances and workload so I will make sure to let you know right away if I need more time.
My commission uses a slot-based queue. I accept and work on four commissions at a time, so any additional requests will be placed on a waitlist until a slot becomes available.
Your slot in the queue reflects the order of completion, not necessarily the order I work on each piece. I may work on commissions in a flexible/out of order depending on complexity, workload, or burnout management
Payments are accepted via BNI (local/indonesia) and via PayPal (international)
100% full payment after i accept your commission to confirm and begin work

If the payment is not received within 48 hours after the invoice or a reminder is sent, your slot will be revoked and given to someone else and/or I will not continue the commission
I reserve the right to decline a commission at my own discretion under any circumstances
I reserve the full rights to the artwork (except to the characters in it), including adding it to my portfolio and posting it on my social media, unless a privacy fee is paid
I reserve the right to put clients on a public blocklist should they go against my TOS
You may print or make freebies of the artwork for personal use only
you are not allowed to use the artwork in any way for any profitable and promotional use without agreeing to pay for the commercial rights
You may post the commission on platforms publicly and use it for icons or banners with credit
Always use the watermarked version to post it to protect your commission and my art from art theft
You are not allowed to use the commission for any technologies related to AI, NFTs, and cryptocurrency
You are not allowed to trace, edit, and/or claim the artwork as yours/is made by you

you must provide detailed reference materials to ensure clarity and minimize the need for significant revisions. This includes: 1) Character reference (visual), 2) Pose reference (visual), 3) Background reference (visual/text)
I do not accept commissions where I am required to create a character design. Therefore, please make sure to be specific about your request and to send preferably visual reference
Do not send AI-Generated images as reference
I allow up to 2 major revisions during the sketch phase, and only small tweaks during the rendering phase
Any additional major revisions are subject to additional fees
Revisions must be requested within 3 days of receiving the wips. If no feedback is provided in this timeframe, I will proceed assuming approval
Revisions requested after final approval and delivery will not be accepted unless the mistake is due to my own error
Full payment is refundable only if I have not yet started your commission.
Once I’ve made a sample sketch and you choose to cancel, only 50% payment will be refunded.
After the sketch is approved, all payments are non-refundable, as it marks the beginning of the coloring and rendering process.
If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason and you’ve already paid, I will refund 100% the amount.
